Joe Taliano is a Senior Residential Property Strategist at Rethink Investing. He enjoys working with property investors and sharing what he’s learnt about Australian residential real estate, as well as how Rethink can help them build a strong portfolio.
Joe knows the market first-hand. He got hooked on investing after buying his first property soon after leaving school. He’s controlled QLD real estate and owns (or previously owned) residential and commercial assets across ACT, NSW, WA, VIC, TAS, and the USA - including townhouse projects and land subdivisions. His experience comes from both hands-on investing and working in the industry.
In 2022, Joe self-funded his retirement by selling residential assets and shifting into commercial assets for cash flow, with support from the Rethink team. He initially joined Rethink as a commercial client before becoming part of the team, and now enjoys helping residential investors benefit from what he’s learnt along the way.
